| How can I get one? |
Just click on "Click here for free IT check-up" in the home page, fill in the your personal data, and click the submit button. You will then receive a checklist in PDF format, to fill in. The IT Advisor will provide assistance to fill in the checklist on request. You will then be required to fax the checklist back. Alternatively, you can e-mail your checklist-based reply to info@erp-abbate.co.uk with a normal HTML or Text message. The IT Advisor will analyse your feedback and will send your free IT check-up deliverable back to you in a few days. |

A report providing you with information. The report will be always delivered to you in PDF format. |
| What's the difference between a free IT check up and the other services? |
By opting for the free IT check up, you will get a £1,500-worth report for free, which will give you a general assessment of your internal IT situation. The other services tackle more specific and more complex problems and are not free. If you opt for these kinds of services, it means that you need more than just a general assessment. You want instead The IT Advisor to look deeper into your corporate environment to analyse problems, spot solutions or optimisation perspectives. |
| What can I get from the other services? |
Very specific optimisation alternatives and/or solutions to pressing problems. |
| How can I book one of the other services? |
Just follow the instructions at the bottom of each page related to a service. For example, in the IT Optimisation Study page, you will find an example of a deliverable section (mid-page) and a hyperlink ("click here"), which leads you to the booking procedure. Profitability samples are not available due the highly subjective nature of this issue. |
| How can I get a quote? |
Fill in the on-line booking form and click the submit button on one of the service pages. |
| Payment terms? |
Normally 50% at the booking stage, and the remaining amount on project completion. However, daily rate quotes can be requested. |
